I support your short-term housing search in Valencia: from strategy and first selection to terms alignment and move-in.

How I work

  • I am not a realtor and not tied to any agency.
  • I do not sell “my own” inventory of apartments.
  • You get independent selection based on your needs and budget.
  • Rental payment insurance is not required for the short-term format.
  • On-site viewings are usually not required; the service is mostly remote, but when viewings are possible, up to three trips within Valencia are included.

Service process

  • 1. Kickoff and brief

    Initial call to define your goals, budget, timeline, and housing requirements for the adaptation period.

  • 2. Search and first selection

    Selection on open platforms and through agent/owner contacts. I call listings, verify current terms, and shortlist options that match your criteria.

  • 3. Terms and contract alignment

    Negotiation of rental terms, review of key contract clauses, and clear explanation of critical points before signing.

  • 4. Signing and move-in

    Final terms control, online signing, and coordination of the move-in date and time.

Terms and pricing

Short-term rental service price: 250€ + IVA 21%.

Included: option selection, listing calls, terms negotiation, contract check, and move-in support.

Rental payment insurance and on-site viewings are not part of the standard package because they are usually not needed in short-term cases.

Payment format: prepayment.
